Our Story
We worked in leadership development for a Fortune 500 company and a sisterhood formed...
As former corporate colleagues, a sisterhood was formed around a passion for human centered leadership. We spent years alongside one another coaching thousands of leaders in 1:1 and group settings and designing purposeful leadership development experiences for a global organization. Individually we have both established ourselves in the professional coaching world as PCC Level ICF Accredited coaches and have joined together to bring you this heart led mentor coaching experience.
Eliza has made a name for herself as values and purpose centered coach working with teams and leaders around the world, while Emily has ventured into the spiritual realm and is harnessing the skill of coaching to help humans awaken to their truest soul journey.

Our Style and Approach
In our own journey's towards PCC accreditation, we both were disappointed in the transactional nature of the mentor coaching programs we encountered. The mentor coaching requirement asks new coaches to make another financial investment beyond coach training, and most programs are designed to help you pass your exam, but that's it. We both felt strongly that this ICF requirement presents an opportunity to expand on a coaches developing skill set, and we wanted to meet that moment with a purposeful offering.
In our program, you will deepen your capacity to bring consciousness, intuition and heart centered listening to your clients experience. Our time together will be interactive, feedback oriented and fun.
We have designed a mentor coaching program that is transformational by design. By tapping into our combined 30 years of Leadership Development experience, 20 years of coaching, and over 8 unique coaching certifications between the two of us, we will help you deepen your knowledge in ICF coaching skills and your knowledge of who you uniquely are as a coach in the world.

How Our 10-Hour ICF Group Mentor Coaching Experience
Works
Five Group Sessions
*7 hours total
Here we harness the power of up to 8 brilliant coach participants to one group. In circle, we will deepen your experience with two key ICF Core Competencies to create depth in your coaching and challenge your unique growth edge. Group calls are experiential by nature emphasizing coaching practice/demos and rich discussion. Not only will you build lasting professional connections, you'll get to learn from others unique styles while absorbing personalized mentor feedback every session.
Two 1:1 Mentor Sessions, 90 Min Each
*3 hours total
Following the completion of group sessions, you get to dive deep with both Emily & Eliza in a 1:1 setting and learn from their experience. Yes, our program offers you access to two PCC level coaches with their own unique experience and approach! With each coach, you will get to choose how you want to spend your time. Examples include submitting a coaching recording for feedback, be coached as a client by bringing a topic of your choice, exploring areas you are feeling stuck as a coach, or asking questions/receiving mentorship on your brand.
